Electric and hydraulic driven winches are available in a wide range from 24mm U3 chain to 87mm U3 chain. The new maritime winches are designed as modular units, allowing for various combinations. These winches are made from high tensile materials, making them compact and lightweight.
Designed with minimal maintenance in mind, the new maritime winches incorporate energy-efficient bearings and advanced control systems. This ensures smooth operation and low power consumption.
Stepless control of the winches is available either locally or remotely, ensuring precise and safe handling. The design also provides maximum protection for drive and control components, eliminating loose piping on the deck.
High-quality components from global suppliers are used, supported by an extensive worldwide service network. Customization options allow for flexibility in dimensions, and all system functions are integrated into the winch unit.
The electric motor features a standstill heating function and is protected against overload using PTC technology. Certifications from major classification societies such as CCS, ABS, LR, BV, GL, NK, DNV, KR, and RINA are available upon request.
These winches require very little maintenance, with all wear parts constructed from stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
