The project of producing 200,000 tons of organosilicon monomer per annum invested by the Henan Coal Chemical Coking Coal Group with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan will start soon. The project was built in Henan Coal Coking Coal Group New Materials Industrial Park. At present, the industrial park has completed an investment of RMB 2.021 billion, forming an annual output of 200,000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, 20,000 tons of high-purity trichlorosilane, 4,000 tons of fumed silica, 1,000 tons of polysilicon, and 40,000 tons of high purity. The scale of production of chlorosilanes and other products has achieved resource sharing and recycling.
