**Description:**
This extender arm is custom-made to meet specific customer requirements. It is built using high-quality Q345B material, which ensures durability and performance. We also offer other materials such as Q420D, Q690D, and HARODX450 for more demanding applications.
The arm includes one bucket cylinder, two high-pressure hoses, and four pins, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation. All boom and arm components are tapered at 45 degrees before welding, enhancing structural strength and performance.
We can customize the arm for various excavator models based on your needs. If you require additional reinforcement, we can use thicker plates or overlap plates for heavy-duty applications.
Note: The bucket is not included unless requested. The bucket cylinder is compatible with a 12-ton type cylinder.
Our welding process is done manually using protective gas welding with an 80% Argon and 20% COâ‚‚ mixture, which is considered the industry standard for quality and safety.
The product is first wrapped in bubble film and then directly placed into a container for safe transportation.
