JTP MOULD is a professional manufacturer of plastic paint bucket mould making, round pail mould, square pail mould, 1L pail mould, 5L pail mould, 10L pail mould, 18L pail mould, 20L pail mould, etc.

Usually we design slider structure for top area of paint bucket, so that the edge undercut of the paint bucket can be ejected smoothly.

For reducing cycle time, we adopt beryllium copper for core inserts of paint bucket. 
Paint container mould is used YUDO, ANOLE hot runner injection system.

Order steel & standard parts and start machining work on core,cavity & mould base
Fitting,adjusting,polishing
Detailing & Assembly

Stage 4
First trial -To check mould injection dimensions, Fittings and mark corrections
Second trial-Detailed inspection,corrections

Stage 5
Send mould testing video & photos to the buyer
Send trial samples by courier to customer and take approval
After do final corrections,do final trial-inspection

Stage6
Pack moulds with wooden case
Delivery mould by sea or by air
