First, the installation

Assembly and disassembly

1. All parts to be installed scrub clean.

2. Install a mechanical seal on the motor shaft, add a small amount of clean turbine oil or 20 oil on the surface of the mechanical seal with static and dynamic fit.

3. Install impeller, fasten with impeller nut.

4. Install "0" ring, the pump body and the motor cover bolted words. Note that the gap between the impeller front cover and the pump body is 2 × 0.5 mm, and the impeller inlet outer ring and the pump body ensure a certain running clearance.

5. Disassembly order is the opposite.

Installation and use

1. Use rubber gaskets and bolts to connect the flanges on both ends of the pump body to the flanges on the pipelines to complete the installation. In order to facilitate the use and maintenance, the pump inlet and outlet pipelines should be equipped with a control valve.

2. Open the inlet regulator , allowing water to enter the pump to keep the sealed chamber full of liquid (otherwise it will damage the seal) and close the outlet valve.

3. Turn on the power, jog to determine the correct steering.

4. Turn to determine, the pump starts, run.

5. Adjust the outlet valve opening so that the pump runs around the design point, depending on the pump's rated flow and near the head. For this purpose, it is best to install a pressure gauge near the outlet flange. Note: The pump is strictly prohibited running water, so as not to damage the seal.

Clean the pump and pipe, replace the impeller, increase the pump shaft rotation, adjust the outlet valve.

3. Outlet pressure is not enough

Liquid in the air, the speed is too low, impeller damage, the outlet valve opening too large.

Exclude the liquid air, increase pump speed, replace the impeller, adjust the small outlet valve.

4. pump power consumption is too large (motor fever)

Mechanical defects such as running clearance is too small, the motor shaft bending, bolts and so on, the pump is working under too much flow that the pump is far below the rated head work.

Thus, dust suppression via water spray is of potential concern for contaminants in the vadose zone.
