The U-shaped top platform is specifically designed for efficient pallet handling without the need for a pit or ramps. These lift tables are manufactured to meet all European safety standards, including EN1570:1990. The system includes a remote power pack with a pedestal and control panel, rated at IP54 for protection against dust and water ingress.
The upper platform is equipped with a safety perimeter that prevents the table from descending when it encounters an obstruction. It features a 24V control box with UP/DOWN buttons and an emergency stop function. The external power pack includes a relief valve to prevent overloading and a compensated flow valve to regulate the lowering speed. A hose burst safety valve ensures the lift table stops immediately if a hose breaks.
The design also includes removable lifting eyes for easy handling and installation, mechanical safety chocks for maintenance, oil-free bushings on pivot points, and quick assembly joints for the hydraulic hoses. This makes the unit both safe and user-friendly.
