The YCB series gear pumps consist of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and axle-end seals. This design enhances efficiency and reliability. The pump includes a safety valve to protect against overpressure. The full return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure. Adjustments can be made within the allowable pressure range based on the application. However, it's important to note that the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. If necessary, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline.
