The twin-shaft shredder, also known as a shearing machine, is designed to reduce the size of materials through cutting, tearing, and extruding. It is widely used in areas such as waste plastic, waste rubber, wood, crop straw, and automobile recycling, making it a reliable and high-quality equipment for the recycling industry.

A typical waste tire recycling line includes a primary shredder (double-shaft shredder), secondary shredder (steel separator), rubber granulator, rubber grinder, dust-removal system, electric control system, and other accessory equipment.
This machine is used to process whole tires into rubber granules (such as 50*50mm, 10-15mm, 1-7mm) or grind them into rubber powder (like 20mesh, 30mesh). The finished rubber has multiple applications, including oil refining, sports track construction, asphalt production, waterproof material manufacturing, rubber product creation, and producing reclaimed rubber.
