The twin-shaft shredder, also known as a shearing machine, is designed to cut, tear, and extrude materials to reduce their size. A typical waste tire recycling line includes a primary shredder (double-shaft shredder), secondary shredder (steel separator), rubber granulator, rubber grinder, dust removal system, electrical control system, and other accessory equipment.
This machine is ideal for processing whole tires into rubber granules (such as 50*50mm, 10-15mm, 1-7mm) or grinding them into rubber powder (such as 20mesh, 30mesh). The finished rubber has various applications, including oil refining, sports track construction, asphalt production, waterproof material manufacturing, rubber product creation, and producing reclaimed rubber.
