The 850mm 4-Hi Cold Rolling Mill is a high-performance, four-roller reversible cold rolling system designed for precision metal processing. It is composed of multiple units including the uncoiler, coil car, straightening machine, left roll machine, coil discharging equipment, working mill stand, right take-up machine, and reel unloading equipment. The system integrates hydraulic, lubrication, and instrumentation systems, as well as electrical and automation controls, making it a fully automated production line.
This rolling mill is suitable for various materials such as Q195, 08AL, SPCC, SPCD, and SPCE, with incoming thickness ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 mm and widths between 500–800 mm. The finished product thickness can be as thin as 0.20 mm up to 1.5 mm, with widths up to 720 mm. The mill supports a wide range of applications, including automotive, construction, and industrial sectors.
