Back tanker operation preparation

More than b1 is required to drive the back tanker. The back tanker must be checked before operation. The level of oil, diesel, brake fluid, coolant, and water is normal. If it is short of liquid, it should be added in place. Check the car for any abnormalities. Check if the fan belt is tight. First open the gas tank's total valve, then open the main switch to see if the air pressure of the barometer reaches 0.7MPa, otherwise it should be inflated in time. Check the air intake hose for breakage and loosening. If any problems should be solved in time.

Back tanker operation method

When using a dumping control mechanism, the vehicle should be in a stationary neutral state. Specific steps are as follows:

1. The dispenser handle is placed in the middle position;

2. Depress the clutch pedal, the power take-off gear meshes with the gear of the hydraulic pump;

3. Release the clutch pedal and the hydraulic pump starts to work;

4. Place the dispenser handle in the “up” position and the hydraulic cylinder is lifted into the cargo lift box;

5. Place the dispenser handle in the “empty” position and lift the cargo box up and down;

6. Place the dispenser handle in the "down" position, the hydraulic cylinder retracts, and the cargo bed descends;

7. Place the dispenser handle in the “empty” position after the cargo compartment is reset. Manually take the force to place the power take-off handle in the “minute” position.

The following matters when driving the tanker:

1. During the driving of the vehicle, you should always pay attention to whether the indicator is normal. The temperature of the diesel engine should be maintained in the range of 80°C to 95°C.

2. During the driving process, attention shall be paid to the working conditions of the various departments of the vehicle. If abnormal sound is found, it shall be promptly checked and eliminated.

3. Keep on high speed roads on wells in the well. When driving in underground tunnels, the speed should be kept within 30 kilometers per hour.

4. When the vehicle is running at a low speed under heavy load uphill and encounters a fault, the low speed first and second gears are applied, but the time for using the first and second gears during driving should not be too long.

5. When driving downhill, it is not allowed to turn off or switch into neutral. Glide down to the lower gear and use the diesel engine to brake. Do not press the brake pedal intermittently to make the downhill speed too fast.

6. When you need to switch to reverse gear, wait until it stops completely, and reverse the vehicle at a slow speed after knowing the car and the surroundings.

7. If the depth of accumulated water in the underground tunnel is more than 400mm, no wading of vehicles is allowed.
