Forging and Machining Equipment:
We are equipped with a wide range of advanced forging and machining tools. Our forging line includes friction presses of 4000T, 1600T, 630T, and 300T, along with mold processing machines. We also have a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and vertical ring rolling machines of types 250, 450, and 650. For heat treatment, we use medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/Hour oxidation-free isothermal normalizing furnace. These facilities allow us to produce forged parts ranging from 0.1kg to 120kg. Our machining workshop is fully equipped with 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers, as well as more than 30 CNC machines. The machining facility operates independently from the forging foundry, with its own management team and tailored business model to better serve our clients.

We hold ISO 9001:2008 and TS16949 certifications, and we maintain a comprehensive testing system to guarantee consistent quality. Our rigorous quality management ensures zero defects and satisfies our customers' expectations. The key testing equipment includes a 3D coordinate measuring machine, optical spectrum analyzer, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, fluorescent magnetic particle detector, hardness tester, and ultrasonic flaw detector, among others.
