Forging and Machining Equipment:
We have a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment including friction press lines (4000T, 1600T, 630T, 300T), 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, vertical ring rolling machines (Type 250, 450, 650), and heat treatment equipment such as medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnaces. Our machinery allows us to produce forged parts ranging from 0.1kg to 120kg.
The machining facility is fully equipped with 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and more than 30 CNC machines. The machining department operates independently from the forging foundry and is managed by a dedicated team, ensuring efficient and tailored service for our customers.
Quality Control:

Our testing equipment includes 3D coordinate measuring machines, optical spectrum analyzers, tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, fluorescent magnetic particle detectors, hardness testers, and ultrasonic flaw detectors.
