This post is a sneak peek at our production center in Kyiv! Our team is making great progress on setting up a local e-bike manufacturing and R&D hub at the ELMIZ factory. This new facility will serve as the heart of our innovation and development efforts.

The Delfast R&D center will consist of several key areas:

1) Assembly and Development Room

The boxes here contain components for our upcoming models, including wheels, seats, and more. This room is where we bring our designs to life and test them before moving forward with full-scale production.

2) Product Testing Room

This is one of the most important rooms in our facility. It's designed for testing all the critical components that make our e-bikes stand out—like batteries, motors, and performance systems. We're committed to ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability for our riders.

3) Smart Center

This space is where our engineers design and develop 3D models and sketches of our next-generation e-bikes. It’s an essential part of our creative process and helps us visualize and refine our ideas before they go into production.

In addition to these specialized rooms, the R&D center also includes a bike assembly area, painting and welding stations, and office spaces for our engineering and construction teams. Every corner of this facility is being built with the goal of supporting innovation, quality, and efficiency.
