This design allows the pump to handle high viscosity media efficiently. The pump consists of several key components, including the suction and discharge sections, the working part (rotor and stator), the driving part, the universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. As the rotor rotates, it creates multiple sealing chambers along the stator, which help in smoothly moving the media from the suction end to the discharge end. The low pressure pulsation ensures minimal impact on the media being pumped.
