The G single screw pump is composed of suction, discharge, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part consists of an eccentric rotor and a stator. In each transverse section, the rotor and stator have two contact points, forming two sealing lines along the rotor (or stator). As the rotor rotates, one or more sealing chambers are formed. The media enter the chamber and are smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation is very low, ensuring no impact on the internal structure of the pumped medium.
