The G single screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that consists of several key components such as suction and discharge parts, the working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part comprises an eccentric rotor and stator, which have two contact points in every transverse section. These contact points create two sealing lines along the rotor or stator. As the rotor rotates, this configuration forms one or more sealing chambers. The media enters these chambers and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end along the sealing chamber. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation is minimal, ensuring no damage to the properties of the pumped media.
