Function and utility    

1. The valve is used in pipelines in industries such as mining, chemical, thermal power, paper making and other industries for open and close purpose.
2. Maximum operating temperature reaches up to 350°C, while maximum operating pressure is up to2.5Mpa.

 
Performance characteristics

1. The butterfly valve is a new type of product developed independently by our company, with a ceramic three-eccentric sealing structure and good sealing performance, without mechanical wear and tear. Spherical sealing surface of Butterfly valve disc and the inner circular surface inside seat are manufactured with new wear-resistant ceramic (ZTA) composites materials with good abrasion resistance and self-lubricating, forming linear seal after fine grinding.
2. The design above comprehensively improves wear-resistance and sealing performance greatly, ensuring long service life of the valve.
3. Driving mode: manual, electric, worm drive, and pneumatic.
