One, Product Introduction
The Industrial Anti-lock Brake System is primarily used for controlled braking and stopping of large electromechanical equipment. It operates in a normally closed type, making it suitable for stopping various types of electromechanical appliances. This system ensures smooth operation and enhances safety during the braking process.
Two, Technical Advantages
(1) It can control deceleration within the range of 0.05 to 0.3 m/s² when used with an electric control device.
(2) In case of sudden power failure, it guarantees a reliable stop for large-scale equipment.
(3) It allows for controlled start-up under loaded conditions when combined with electrical equipment.
(4) The hydraulic control system is closed-loop, ensuring high reliability.
(5) The disc temperature remains well below 150°C if the device brakes 10 times per hour at a working temperature of 30°C.
(6) It provides a maximum braking moment no less than 1.5 times the static braking moment.
Three, Working Conditions
(1) Ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.
(2) There should be no significant vibration or severe shaking and impact.
(3) No gas or dust that could cause metal corrosion.
(4) No dripping or water leakage.
(5) Suitable for both overland and underground coal mines where dangers like coal dust, marsh gas, and explosions exist.

| Package | We use standard export packing cases made of exemption plates, with composite plate thickness ranging from 9mm to 15mm according to export requirements. We also offer wooden cases made of solid wood with fumigation and provide the Inspection Certificate of Fumigation. |
