HGS-40DZ  rebar thread rolling machine can be applied to process parallel thread on rebar end in reinforced concrete construction. It can process HRB335,HRB400 Hot Rolled Ribbed Reinforced Bar with diameter 14-40mm.

Working principle:
1. Slice up the end of the rebar;
2. Peel the rib of the end of rebar with specialty rib peeling roll stamping machine;
3. Abutting joint two ends of rebar with coupler
