1. Product DescriptionThe G single screw pump is a reliable and efficient solution for pumping high viscosity media. It consists of several key components including the suction section, discharge section, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part comprises an eccentric rotor and stator, which have two contact points in every transverse section. These points create two sealing lines along the rotor or stator. As the rotor rotates, it forms one or more sealing chambers. The media enters these chambers and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end. This design ensures minimal pressure pulsation, preserving the integrity of the pumped medium throughout the process.
