Ruspert Plated Stainless Steel Pancake Head Self Drilling Bi-Metal ScrewBi-metal screws are manufactured from 304/316 grade austenitic stainless steel with a hardened carbon steel(or stainless 410) drilling point welded to the stainless steel shank. The hardened drilling point enables the screw to drill carbon steel sections and by having the lead threads formed on the hardened point, this allows for correct tapping at high drilling speed.Â
Ruspert plated makes screws have better performance of anti-corrosion, the salt test can reach 500 ~Â 1000 hours, which enables it very ideal for steel structure close to sea or ocean.
