Product Display
The extrusion grouting pump operates by using a pair of rotating rollers that compress the hose inside the pump chamber. As the rollers turn, they gradually flatten the hose from the inlet to the outlet, creating a vacuum that draws in the material and then forces it out under pressure. This process ensures continuous and efficient pumping of viscous materials over long distances.
During operation, the hose expands again after being compressed, allowing it to draw in more material. This cycle continues, providing a steady and controlled flow. The pump can operate at temperatures up to 80°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
