Elevator Chain
Elevator chains are designed to meet high demands for wear resistance and tensile strength. To achieve this, we perform secondary heat treatment on the rollers and bushings. The components are first carburized and then undergo a second heat treatment process to increase surface hardness while maintaining core toughness. These treatments ensure enhanced crushing strength and durability. As these roller chains are primarily used for vertical material lifting, there is a strong requirement for structural rigidity to prevent chain loosening. To meet this, we manufacture parts with optimized tolerances to ensure precise fit and use a hydraulic press during assembly. This ensures a secure and stable connection, even under heavy loads. Our elevator chains are widely used in industries such as cement, mining, grain processing, road construction, and steelworks.
