Introduction: The Automatic Soft Tube Production Line integrates the tube-making process (PE tube extrusion, Lami tube sealing) with the shoulder injection machine, forming a fully automated production flow. This line is ideal for producing PE extrusion tubes, plastic laminated tubes, and aluminum-plastic laminated tubes.
The core technology involves the automatic shoulder injection machine. The B·ZT-III injection molding machine, developed independently by our company, is a new generation of advanced equipment designed specifically for shoulder injection of laminated and plastic tubes. All operations are controlled via a PLC system through a large touch-screen interface. Combining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic technologies, this machine offers high productivity, low energy consumption, ease of use, automatic fault warnings, stable performance, and no waste. Through plastic injection, extrusion, squeezing, and welding, it produces seamless, smooth, and durable shoulders for plastic and laminated tubes.
The machine includes a tube transmission and feeding mechanism connected to the tube-making machine, clearance device, injection and extrusion unit, mold closing and separating system, and automatic tube releasing mechanism.
The tube-making machine produces the tubes, which are then transferred to the next station, heated in the charging barrel, and the screw is driven by a servo motor to inject the rings into the mold through a plastic valve. After further pressing and cooling, the mold is released, completing the automatic shoulder injection process.
