Boiler reform - waste heat recovery

Since the implementation of the “coal to gas” project in Urumqi City in 2012, the average thermal efficiency of gas-fired heating boilers is over 92%. However, the heat loss from exhaust fumes is the main factor affecting the improvement of thermal efficiency. The exhaust gas temperature can only be controlled to above 80°C. To this end, Urumqi plans to promote waste heat recovery projects this year and transform 1,000 tons of gas-fired boilers.

In 2014, Urumqi City implemented a pilot program for deep recovery of flue gas heat, mainly through the addition of air waste heat and flue gas condensing equipment at the tail of the boiler. The boiler flue gas temperature decreased from 110 to 160°C to below the dew point of the flue gas (50°C). Increase gas utilization by 8% to 10%. Based on theoretical calculations, it is expected that about 42 million cubic meters of gas will be saved per heating period.

According to the person in charge of the Urumqi City Heat Supply Office, Urumqi will further promote boiler flue gas waste heat recovery projects this year due to good results. Conditionally-renovated companies are currently making plans for retrofitting. According to the statistics, at present, there are 37 units with a complete recovery of flue gas heat in the city, involving 52 boiler houses with a total of 11435 tons of steam.

PVC Impact Modifier -CRA

CRA is our unique PVC impact modifier developed by our R&D Center, which is an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN),Its main function is to enhance the impact strength of PVC finished products under low temperature and to promote the fusion property of PVC blend. It can endow the best impact-resistance and toughness to PVC final products than other PVC impact modifiers. In addition CRA series have better weatherability owing to it has not any chemical double bond. CRA series are insoluble in water and ethanol, but soluble in acetone and chloroform
