On January 4, 2018, the China Automotive Power Battery Industry Alliance Recycling Branch was established in Beijing. More than 70 responsible comrades in automobile manufacturing, battery production, bus transportation, recycling and related scientific research institutions attended the meeting. The meeting confirmed the working charter of the alliance branch, elected the deputy general manager of China Tieda Company Gao Buwen as the chairman of the branch, BYD Co., Ltd. and China Minmetals Corporation Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy as the vice chairman unit. Gao Yunhu, Director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Dong Yang, Executive Vice President of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers attended the meeting.

In his speech, Gao Yunhu fully affirmed the extensive exploration and practice of China Railway Tower Corporation in promoting the utilization of power battery system, analyzed the new situation and new requirements facing the current situation, and proposed that new energy vehicles are a major strategic task for the construction of a strong country. The recycling of new energy vehicle power batteries is not only conducive to saving resources, protecting the environment and social security, but also conducive to the healthy development of China's new energy vehicle industry and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
