On September 26th, 2011, the first batch of pilot units of the Special Spare Parts Center Library was held in Jinan in the new service model of the service spare parts supply system for the sales department of CNHTC Jinan Commercial Vehicle Company. A total of 14 representatives from the branch offices of the seven pilot regions of the country and the special spare parts center library pilot units participated in the symposium.
The meeting interpreted the commercial policies of the special spare parts center library, and introduced the business operation process and detailed requirements in detail. Discussions on the new business model of the special spare parts center library, how to better achieve the desired objectives, put forward a lot of rationalization proposals.
At the meeting, CNHTC's accessories sales department emphasized that the sales department of Jinan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. implemented a new business model of special spare parts center library, which is a relatively good idea. CNHTC's accessories sales department will strongly support this work and should make full use of it. The sales center and brand franchise stores of family members throughout the country are responsible for ensuring the supply of spare parts for the service within the warranty; it is necessary to organically combine spare parts and accessories to ensure the demand and quality of service spare parts, and to promote sales of accessories and market share. The continuous improvement; to do a good job in the pilot, while gradually exploring the experience, and ultimately establish a successful business model.
Both parties signed a cooperation agreement, and China National Heavy Duty Truck's special spare parts center warehouse business began to operate in all seven regions of the country.
