China Railway Tunnel Made Domestic Bearing Remanufacturing Shield Machine Successfully Originates

On May 1st, China's first domestically produced main bearing remanufacturing shield CT006H was successfully launched on the left lane of Ziyun Road Station, the second-line project of Hefei Rail Transit Line 3, which was in charge of the construction of the China Railway Tunnel Group, marking China's breakthrough in the main bearing of the shield. After the bottleneck of the independent technology was developed, the underground excavation task was performed for the first time.

This shield machine is an earth pressure balance shield machine that is better organized to remanufacture the Hefei formation. China Railway Tunnel Group adopts the “Scientific Research + Production Order” model in a pioneering way. Under the leadership of the scientific research team of the National Key Laboratory of Shield Tunneling and Excavation Technology of China Railway Tunnel, it cooperates with Luoyang LYC Bearing Co., Ltd. to form a raw material design, etc. With 6 independent intellectual property rights and a number of special standards, the localization of shield main bearings has been successfully achieved.

In order to build a new tool for tunnel construction and breakthrough in the self-developed bottleneck of the main bearing of the shield, the R&D team of the China Railway Tunnel Group has continuously increased the research efforts on the main bearings of the shield machine. On November 26, 2016, CT006H, China's first domestically-made main bearing remanufactured shield machine, went offline in Hefei and began to be assembled on January 5, 2017. During the period, China Railway Tunnel Group organized many personnel such as shield experts, equipment managers, skilled workers, etc., to proceed from aspects of program demonstration, transportation and assembly, equipment debugging, etc., and it was rigorous, accurate and accurate for each step of the construction process. It ensures the normal operation of various parts such as the shield body, cutter head drive, segment assembly machine, soil discharging mechanism, and electrical system, and smoothly passes the acceptance of the initial node of the shield.

The total length of the Hefei Metro Line 3 is 37.2 kilometers. The line passes through the Feixi County and the Hefei Economic Development Zone, the Administrative New Area, the Laoshan District, the Xiangyang District, the Yaohai District and the Xinzhan District. After the completion of the line, it will further improve the Hefei rail transit network, better serve the economic development of Hefei, and increase the happiness index of Hefei citizens' traffic travel.
