Product Introduction
The electric squeeze cement grout pump, also known as a hose extrusion pump or squeeze pump, is designed for the efficient and reliable transportation of high-concentration, high-viscosity materials such as lime mortar, cement slurry, and other similar substances over long distances.

Working Principle
Inside the pump, two rollers rotate within a lubricated chamber, compressing and flattening the hose. As the roller turns, the flattened section moves from the inlet to the outlet. The hose, filled with liquid, gradually regains its shape due to its elasticity, creating a vacuum that draws in the material. At the outlet, the hose is compressed again, forcing the material out. This continuous cycle allows for consistent suction and discharge of the material. The pump operates efficiently at temperatures up to 80°C.
