On December 23, the first CA6DM (11-liter) engine production line with independent intellectual property rights and international advanced level was established in Jiefang Xichai branch.
The CA6DM engine production line has an annual production capacity of 15,000 sets. The self-developed engine is suitable for heavy-duty trucks and large-scale luxury passenger cars because of its better fuel economy, low-speed and high-torque, low vibration, and noise. The emission meets the national III regulations, and can easily meet the national IV standard, with the potential of the national V. At present, this series of two diesel engines has successfully passed the European Commission's Euro III product certification, and has obtained a green pass for J6 heavy trucks in participating in international competition.
