2. Working Principle
The G single screw pump consists of suction, discharge, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part is made up of an eccentric rotor and a stator. In every transverse section, the rotor and stator have two contact points that form two sealing lines along the working parts. When the rotor rotates, one or more sealing chambers are formed. The medium enters these chambers and moves smoothly from the suction end to the discharge end. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation is very low, ensuring no damage to the properties of the pumped media.
