QGD/QG Series Screw Submersible Water Pump 0.75HP Deep Well Water Pump
The QGD/QG series submersible screw pump is composed of three main components: the pump body, mechanical seal, and motor. The mechanical seal is positioned between the pump and motor to ensure a secure and leak-free connection. An internal protector is installed to safeguard the pump from damage caused by power fluctuations, clogging, or overloading. These pumps are ideal for pumping clean water without abrasive particles and liquids that are chemically non-aggressive to the materials used in the pump construction.
Main applications include well pumping, river pumping, farm irrigation, water supply, mining, and industrial drainage. They are also suitable for domestic use, civil and industrial applications, as well as garden irrigation.
Operating Conditions:
- Maximum fluid temperature: +35°C
- Maximum sand content: 0.25%
- Maximum immersion depth: 50m (can be oil-filled or not)
- Minimum well diameter: 2", 3", or 4"
Motor and Pump Features:
- Rewindable motor with full obturated screen design
- Single-phase motor: 220V–240V / 50Hz
- Equipped with a start control box or digital auto-control box
- Pumps are designed with casing-stressed technology for durability
