Gas emission measures for the return gas of the lower group of coal

The gas concentration in the lower group of return coal is estimated to be 1.6%. According to the three-level management system of gas emission, the gas emission work is carried out by the ventilation department. The gas emission is expected to be carried out on October 12, 2012 at 15:50–16. :20.

The total length of gas roadway required for the lower coal-returned main road is about 710 meters, and the roadway clear-cut area is 16.06 m2. The estimated gas storage is 182.44 m3, and the estimated discharge time is 31 minutes. In order to ensure the safety of gas emissions, the following safety technical measures are formulated:

1. Calculation of relevant parameters of emission gas

(1), the amount of gas accumulation:

Q product = L × S × C = 710 × 16.06 × 1.6% = 182.44 (m3)

C——the average concentration of gas accumulated in the roadway, %

(2) Maximum allowable emissions in the return air zone:

Q row 1 = Q × (CC real) = 1200 × (0.6 - 0.1) % = 6 (m3 / min)

(3) Time required to discharge gas:

Q row - the maximum allowable discharge in the return air zone, take the minimum value, m3

It is calculated that the time required for discharging gas is the theoretical value, and the actual discharge time in the underground is shortened or extended according to the actual situation.

2. When the gas is discharged, the air volume sent to the exhaust gas lane is controlled by controlling the air volume of the air blower. The gas concentration at the return air at the back of the lower group of the lower group and the lower coal section of the lower group shall not exceed 0.6%.

3. The discharged gas flows through the route

Working face → lower group coal return wind alley → return wind eye → 760 east return wind lane → south wing total return wind lane → south return wind well → ground.

4. Discharge gas Use a local ventilator to install the left gang of the roadway in the direction of fresh airflow 10 meters away from the intersection of the lower coal belt.

5. All personnel in the returning winds of the lower group of coal before the discharge of gas must be evacuated to the fresh airflow of the lower coal belt.

6. The alert personnel shall set up warnings in the lower coal belt, the return air contact lane and the lower group coal return airway. It is strictly forbidden for any unrelated personnel to enter.

7. The electrical equipment in the roadway of the gas returning main road must be cut off and locked. The stop and power transmission executives are full-time electricians on the team.

8. The location where the gas must be inspected is the extension of the air duct, the return air of the lower group of coal, and the returning wind of the lower group of coal returning winds.

9, after the completion of gas emissions, must be fully and carefully checked by two watts inspector counterparts from outside to inside concentration of carbon dioxide and methane gas roadway only when the gas concentration is lower than 0.6%, carbon dioxide concentration of less than 1.5%, and When there is no abnormal change in the gas and carbon dioxide gas concentrations, the person in charge of the on-site discharge will be allowed to resume normal ventilation and withdraw the warning. The person in charge of the discharge gas site shall conduct a comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the discharge area, and determine the qualified dispatching of the mine dispatch before the power transmission can be resumed. The discharge personnel can be evacuated and the discharge work is completed.
