1. Weighing is not allowed on the ground scales: the signal line connecting the sensor and the instrument is broken, and the signal line can be replaced;
2, "O" type seal ring rupture: replace a "O" type seal ring;
3. The transition rail of the ground scales jams the weighing rail: re-adjusts the transition rail of the scale;
4. The limit gap is too big or too small: readjust the limit;
5. Frame scale or scale body deformation: replace the scale body or frame;
6, the ground is not smooth: adjust the four feet of the floor scales;
7, the aging of the junction box or electrical loose: replace the junction box or re-weld potentiometer;
8. The unloading screw hits the sensor's deformation beam: readjust the overload limit clearance;
9, too much change in the winter environment or warm-up time is not enough: the winter instrument is weighed after power on for 30 minutes;
10, floor scale error: replace the sensor or adjust the size of the resistor on the terminal box;
11. Damage to the instrument operation amplifier: replace the instrument PCB motherboard.
