This series works in conjunction with a metal detector. The separator will not activate until the metal detector sends a signal. This setup helps save energy. PART IV: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 As you can see from the image above, there are two installation options for the separator: on the head or the middle of the conveyor.
No matter which part of the conveyor you choose, ensure the following:
- The separator is placed at the top of the conveyor belt.
- The separator should be aligned vertically with the conveyor belt.
- Make sure there is a lifting point on the top of the conveyor. We can provide an adjustable lifting chain or a frame for installation above the conveyor.
- This type of separator is equipped with AUTO discharging, meaning it automatically removes ferrous materials.
- Check if you need a Non-magnetic Roll.Â
