Introduction:Liquid line magnetic ferrous traps are designed to extract and remove ferrous materials from liquid and slurry lines in order to purify the material during the production process. These strong magnetic traps filter the flow and extract unwanted ferrous metal. As the slurry and liquid flow around the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by neodymium NdFeB magnets inside the tubes) captures all metallic particles on the surface of the tubes.
During manual cleaning, the inner part of the separator is removed, and the magnetic cores are pulled out of the tubes using an operating lever, allowing the captured magnetic impurities to fall off the tubes spontaneously.

As advanced liquid trap magnets, these easy-to-clean pipeline metal trap magnets are ideal for removing super fine ferrous contamination from liquids, semi-liquids, or air-conveying lines. They typically experience no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. All units feature a sump-type housing to trap ferrous particles. Liquid traps can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.

Q: Are you a factory?

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leave the seller's factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q: Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines will be ready for delivery within 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time for waiting for shipment. If there is any delay caused by the seller, 3‰ of the total amount will be paid to the buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the deposit amount; if the delay is caused by the buyer, 3‰ of the total amount will be paid to the seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of the total value of the machines.
Q: Guarantee period:
A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeding twenty-four months after the machines leave the seller's factory. It does not apply to quick wear parts.

4.3 Beyond the guarantee period, the seller can provide services and fittings at a most preferential price.
4.4 The seller can provide consultation and inspection services freely for other products, especially for the upstream and downstream products of our equipment.
