Pump, packing, specifications, automatic coupling device, flexible hose, and control system are available as optional accessories (accessories must be evaluated separately). Note: Special temperature, pressure, or high-erosion conditions should be specified in advance to ensure reliable product performance.

WARNINGS:

• Never pull the cable forcefully.
• Ensure the submersible electric pump is fully submerged in water during operation and never let it run dry.
• Ground the electric pump properly and keep people and animals away from the working area.
• Avoid operating outside the set head range to prevent overload.
• Use a thicker cable if the power source is far to avoid voltage drop. After turning off the power, do not lift the pump until the motor has cooled down to avoid explosions or accidents.

MAINTENANCE:

1. Precautions During Use

• Do not use the pump in explosive or flammable environments or extract flammable liquids.
• Avoid damaging the cable by pulling or pressing it. Do not use it as a lifting rope while the pump is running.
• When using fixed automatic coupling installation, lift or lower the pump with the locking handle and handle it carefully.
• Always lift the pump vertically when placing it in water, not horizontally, and avoid sinking into sludge.
• Install a flow control valve on the discharge pipe to prevent motor overload due to excessive flow.

2. Pre-Use Inspection

• Check for any deformation, damage, or loose fasteners during transport, storage, and installation.
• Inspect the cable for damage or fractures and check the inlet seal. Take immediate action if leakage or poor sealing is detected.
• Measure the insulation resistance between phases and between phase and ground using a 500V megohmmeter. The value should not be less than 1 MΩ. If not, perform drying treatment at a temperature not exceeding 120°C or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
• Check the oil level in the oil chamber and fill it until it overflows. Ensure the screw plug and sealing pad are secure and tight.
