T series self-priming pumps are engineered for efficient and reliable operation when handling liquids with suspended solids and slurries. These pumps are ideal for applications where cost-effective and maintenance-free performance is essential. Their unique large volute design enables automatic re-priming in open systems without the need for suction or discharge check valves, even when the pump is partially filled with liquid or the suction line is completely dry.
These pumps can handle spherical solids up to 75mm in diameter, depending on the model. In case of maintenance or repair, the entire rotating assembly can be removed without disturbing the pump casing or connected piping. The rotating assembly is sealed with an O-ring, allowing for easy external adjustments of clearance.
Available materials include cast iron, ADI, CD4MCU, 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, and C276, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance in various environments.
