Taking the construction of a 1,500-kilowatt unit as an example, in the cost of 13 million yuan, it will cost 10 million yuan to buy a blower, which means that in the future, hundreds of billions of yuan will be spent on the cake in the market, and the bulk will be taken into the pockets of foreigners.
