If you analyze it from the perspective of oil alone. So obviously, the statement of Sinopec>PetroChina is established. why? Start with the crude oil production. 
1. Crude oil production area
I believe that everyone in China is familiar with these oil fields. What Daqing, Shengli, Karamay, etc., due to geographical constraints, etc., most of China Petroleum Refinery is the crude oil produced by domestic oil fields. However, in contrast to Sinopec, most of the refining is imported crude oil. Therefore, China has generally formed a situation in which there are many oil fields in PetroChina and many refineries in Sinopec. 
2. Is there a big gap in refining?
In fact, from the perspective of refining process, it is similar. However, the additives are still different. The additives used by Sinopec are arguably the best additives in the world. This can also be reflected in the density of gasoline. From the perspective of oil density, the oil density of PetroChina is basically around 0.72-0.73, and Sinopec's oil is basically around 0.75-0.77, which means that PetroChina can add about 30 liters per ton of gasoline to Sinopec. Operators can make more money.
3. The difference between noon and early morning refueling
Since the oil temperature will affect the density, if the oil temperature between the noon and the morning is 10 degrees, the density will be about one percent, which means that if you add 50 liters at noon and the morning, it will add half a liter of oil. Because the tanker is based on rising oil, it is not oily by quality. 
Some people say: I only have 13 liters in my fuel tank manual. Why can I add 14 liters? In fact, the manual is about safe capacity, generally leaving about 10% of the balance. If you understand the previous question, you can understand it. Otherwise, if you add oil in the morning, the car will be out of the car until the noon, and the gasoline will overflow and flow around. This will be very unsafe. Therefore, the safety capacity is specified, and the owner is reminded not to overdo it. Moreover, the super-addition of gasoline is also likely to cause difficulties in starting the motorcycles discharged by the country.
Although the oil density of PetroChina and Sinopec differs, the state has strict requirements and standards for oil products. Therefore, to say that the quality of oil is much worse, there is no such thing, there may be a slight gap!
4. What is the price of oil and durability?
When it comes to oil prices, everyone should be more psychologically aware. Sinopec is more expensive than PetroChina. Of course, this is not a hole in the wind, but there is some basis. PetroChina has more oil fields, so it produces more oil, and the crude oil is relatively cheaper. Sinopec is expensive on the cost of this import.
From the perspective of durability, we also said that the density of PetroChina is less than that of Sinopec. The density is small, what can be explained? At the time of refining, each ton of oil produces different amounts of oil because of the difference in density. It is possible to produce about 30L of gasoline per ton of crude oil.
However, these petrol will be much less in the consumer's fuel tank. Simply put, low-density gasoline is not as durable as high-density gasoline. Adding Sinopec oil may be longer than the oil of Canada PetroChina! 
5. Can PetroChina and Sinopec mix?
In fact, in essence, PetroChina and Sinopec, as long as the same number of gasoline, mixed several times is no big problem. Because the state controls the oil products is still strict, the requirements are the same.
However, it is recommended that everyone insist on using a brand of fuel is better. Because the crude oil used is different after all, the processing flow and the additives used are not the same. The engine may appear slightly dithered due to unaccustomedness and is more prone to carbon deposits. For example, we usually drink a drink, and suddenly change it. I always feel that something is wrong.
6, geographical differences
When it comes to geographical differences, it is still very talkative. First of all, although PetroChina's oil fields are more in the north, Sinopec's business focus is in the south. Sinopec, the business focus is in the north. Therefore, I suggest that you choose the oil to be added according to the gas station in your area. Don't go to the middle of the road without oil, but add oil from different manufacturers. Cars should start from scratch~
7. Is the No. 95 oil stronger than the No. 92 oil?
The answer is no. Because No. 95 and No. 92 are basically prepared by adding additive No. 90, the octane number is different and the antiknock performance is different. Since No. 95 oil has improved antiknock performance and will have an adverse effect on oil combustion, No. 92 will be more powerful. If the engine allows it, it is better to use No. 92.

In fact, Sinopec and PetroChina are not intrinsically different under strict control. However, there are still differences in the properties of oil. I suggest you, or a kind of plus, it is best not to mix and add, compared with the quality of oil between Sinopec and PetroChina, it is better to choose the nearest oil station to refuel, after all, the oil in these two major stations in China is almost the same .
