The various performance and emission tests require a lot of energy. The average test for OBD takes 12- 15 days.” General Manager Chen Hua further explained, “There is still a difficulty in how to fully expose the failure modes of products in different environments for the Chinese environment, and to establish, track and close the problems. DPF, the exhaust temperature is not enough will affect the DPF passive regeneration and active regeneration efficiency, causing frequent regeneration of the DPF. For example, in the fourth and fifth stages of the country, the damage of parts and components may be caused by black smoke, while in the sixth stage of the country, no black smoke is emitted.
