Main features
 
Fully-enclosed and clean structural design complies with cGMP requirements and meets the requirements for aseptic production of medicine and food.
Clean room installation design realizes flexible connections and completely separates dynamic systems such as motor drive and hydraulic lubrication from production areas like the basket, case, and feeding/discharging devices and the wall.
PLC control for automatic operation follows pre-set programs. Touch screen operation enables human-machine dialogue, making it easy for operation and maintenance.
Action elements like feeding, filtration, washing, dry spinning, discharging, and residual cake removal are controlled automatically via electric-hydraulic systems.
A big hinged cover design makes cleaning all parts of the basket and operation zone easier. A quick-opening hydraulic locking device ensures easy and reliable operation.
Inverter control allows for stepless speed regulation of the basket. Flexible process time settings for feeding, washing, filtration, discharging, and residual solid cake removal and purging are available.
Liquid-damping vibration isolators without a floating platform ensure stable operation of the centrifuge.
Dual shaft seal structure design protects the clean room from contamination by lubrication oil and other pollutants. All seals are made of fluorous rubber and silicon rubber.
Multiple safety protection systems include rotation speed monitoring, over-vibration protection, cover opening protection, motor overload and overheating protection, electric-hydraulic interlocking protection for cover locking devices, scraper limit protection, main shaft temperature rise protection, lubrication oil failure protection, and more.
Constructed with high-quality stainless steel and featuring a high-grade mirror finish, the centrifuge meets anti-corrosion and sanitation requirements.
Gas counter-blow devices help remove residual solid cake while scraping.
CIP systems and spray cleaning balls mounted on internal/external surfaces, basket bottom, discharge hopper, and cover effectively remove remaining solids from the basket and housing interior.
Fully-automatic online monitoring nitrogen protection system ensures the centrifuge operates at positive pressure of inert gas. If needed, an online oxygen volume analyzer can be provided to meet explosion-proof requirements.
Online sterilizing devices (VHP) can be configured for online sterilization of the centrifuge inner cavity and pipeline.
