The GKF Peeler Centrifuge is a filter type centrifuge designed for continuous operation and batch processing. It has been engineered to meet all GMP requirements in terms of structure and system design. The short batch time and high processing capacity make it ideal for achieving dry sludge (low moisture content) and excellent washing performance. The clean room installation separates the working area from the machine stand, drive, hydraulic, and lubrication systems. It features a nitrogen protection system, CIP system, PLC program control, inverter startup, and high-speed resistance dynamic braking. The feeding, filtration, washing, dewatering, discharging, and regeneration of the filter cloth, along with CIP and nitrogen protection, are all operated through pre-set programs. The control system includes both automatic and manual modes. This centrifuge is suitable for solid-liquid separation of hazardous, toxic, and flammable media with low viscosity and high sanitation requirements. It is primarily used in the medical and food industries.

Fully enclosed and clean structural design complies with cGMP requirements and meets the needs of aseptic production in medicine and food industries.
Clean room installation ensures flexible connections and completely isolates the dynamic systems such as motor drives and hydraulic lubrication from the production area like the basket, casing, and feeding/discharge devices.
PLC control for automatic operation follows pre-set programs. Touch screen interface enables human-machine interaction, making operation and maintenance easy.
Feeding, filtration, washing, drying, discharging, and residual cake removal are controlled automatically via electric-hydraulic systems.
A large hinged cover allows easy cleaning of all parts within the basket and the operating zone. A quick-opening hydraulic locking device ensures safe and efficient operation.
Inverter control provides smooth speed adjustment of the basket. Flexible process timing is available for feeding, washing, filtration, discharging, and residue removal.
Liquid-damping vibration isolators without a floating platform ensure stable and quiet operation of the centrifuge.
Dual shaft seal design protects the clean room from contamination by lubricating oil and other pollutants. All seals are made of fluorous rubber and silicon rubber.
Multiple safety protection systems include rotation speed monitoring, over-vibration protection, cover opening protection, motor overload and overheating protection, electric-hydraulic interlocking protection for the cover lock, scraper limit protection, main shaft temperature rise protection, and lubrication oil failure protection.
Constructed with high-quality stainless steel and featuring a high-grade mirror finish, this centrifuge meets anti-corrosion and hygiene standards.
Gas counter-blow device helps remove residual solid cake during scraping.
CIP system and spray cleaning balls on internal/external surfaces, basket bottom, discharge hopper, and cover effectively remove any remaining solids from the basket and housing interior.
Fully automatic online monitoring nitrogen protection system ensures the centrifuge operates under positive pressure of inert gas. If required, an online oxygen volume analyzer can be provided to meet explosion-proof requirements.
Online sterilization device (VHP) can be configured for online sterilization of the centrifuge’s inner cavity and pipelines.
