The IQCaliper-L is the first thickness scanning sensor to combine cutting-edge optical technology with magnetoresistive sensing. While magnetoresistive technology has been widely used in traditional thickness sensors for many years, this new model integrates it with optical methods to enhance accuracy and reliability. Thanks to the consistent precision of the magnetoresistive system, mechanical deviations during lateral movement do not interfere with the optical thickness measurements.
