The Interim Measures for the Administration of Local Funds for Vehicle Purchase Tax Revenues, jointly formulated by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Commerce, were released yesterday. The method integrates the vehicle purchase tax-related transfer payment funds into local funds for vehicle purchase tax income, thereby promoting the healthy development of the transportation industry, strengthening fund management and improving the efficiency of fund use.
According to the method, the vehicle purchase tax fund is subject to fiscal special transfer payment. The approach emphasizes that the funds should not be used to balance the public budget. The measure shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

5. The design of cut-up room should keep enough space for workers passing way, if needs carts, the space should be big enough
6. The cut-up operation table material should follow food safety requirement stainless steel or other food standard material.
7. The cut-up room should together with packing material storage room
8. There are tools washing and inspection area in the cut-up room
9. The floor and wall have to be easy cleaning
10. The temperature of cut-up room should around 10-15℃
