The GR135 small grader, the first prototype was successfully launched, and will be put on the market in batches this year. The design cycle and manufacturing cycle of the product set the shortest record of the development process of the new products of the road construction plant, and the performance index reached the domestic leading level, providing technical and resource guarantee for the export of the grader this year.

The width of the product is 2.4m, the gram weight is 12g / m2, and the monofilament size reaches 2.1-2.2. It is mainly used for film backing and water absorbing material coating of diapers. Although the gram weight is low, the cloth surface is uniform, which can ensure that the backing film is impermeable, so it is favored by downstream users.
Main technical features
1. S die is made of coat hanger pipe melt distribution spinning, CAD / CAM technology, no dead angle, no retention, short transition time, uniform spinning in full width, no broken ends at both ends.
2. The inner wall of draft air duct is made of stainless steel mirror plate with high flatness and good trafficability. The width of upper and lower draft air duct can be adjusted as a whole.
3. AC variable frequency speed regulation, full digital communication synchronization, convenient for user maintenance. High degree of automation, man-machine control interface is conducive to production management, stable and reliable performance.
