Eight Failure Causes of Abrupt Increase in Fuel Consumption of Cement Mixer - Xia Gong Chu Sheng

If the fuel consumption of your concrete mixer suddenly increases much more than the normal amount of oil used, then clarify that your mixer has some problems. You must test your mixer in a timely manner from the following aspects. To remedy the reason:

1. Clutch slipping will cause the number of revolutions of the machine to be lost. When you suddenly accelerate the invention of the tachometer, the addition of the tachometer is very fast, but the increase in speed is very slow. At this moment, it can be determined that the clutch is slipping.
Find the reason: need to exchange the clutch plate, clutch pressure plate and drive wheel.

2. When your concrete mixer truck has traveled 2,000 to 30,000 kilometers, it usually shows the phenomenon of insufficient cylinder pressure. At this time, the fuel consumption will obviously increase.
Finding reason: If this failure is really present, then the machine needs to be overhauled.

3. When the exhaust pipe presents black smoke and fuel consumption increases, it is necessary to review the carburetor.
Find the reason: If the carburetor is too dirty, you can use the cleaning agent to spray directly on the inlet of the carburetor. If black smoke is emitted at this time, the carburetor can only be disassembled and cleaned.

4, if the spark plug application of time is too long, it will show the phenomenon of increased fuel consumption. Because the destruction of the spark plug will cause the ignition energy to fall, the vehicle speed will slow down, leading to a significant increase in gasoline consumption.
Find the reason: you should change the spark plug.

5. When the concrete mixer's temperature control switch and thermostat are damaged, the fuel consumption will increase. Because the temperature control switch and thermostat damage will cause the water temperature to drop, the carburetor will not work properly, resulting in poor atomization of the gasoline.
Find Cause: Review temperature control switch and thermostat.

6, review the tire wear level, if the tire wear is severe, it will often appear slip phenomenon, increase fuel consumption.
Finding reason: If necessary, replace the new tire.

7. If you find that the wheels of the concrete mixer wheel have abnormal noise during driving or starting, you should review the bearing and brake system for failure. If the wheels rotate abnormally, it will affect the speed of the vehicle and increase fuel consumption.
Find cause: overhaul bearing and brake system.

8. If you have invented a concrete mixer with a clearly reduced gliding distance during driving, you should check if the tire pressure meets the pressure gauge. If the tires are inflated, fuel consumption will increase.
