     Second, the structural characteristics

      Third, the working principle

      This type of pump uses an external-mixed axial-return pump body structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a return orifice, and a gas-liquid chamber. After the pump is started, the impeller sucks in the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline to be sucked together, and is completely mixed in the impeller. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the mixed liquid passes through the extrusion chamber and enters the gas-liquid separation chamber due to the specific gravity of the gas. Light, the gas is separated from the liquid and discharged from the outlet pipe, and the liquid sinks in the gas-liquid separation chamber, returns to the outer edge of the impeller through the return hole, and undergoes another gas-liquid mixing - separation process, which in turn circulates Until the gas in the suction pipe is drained and filled with liquid to complete self-absorption; when the water flows out of the impeller, a vacuum occurs in the center part of the impeller, the water in the suction tank enters the impeller through the suction pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the impeller rotates continuously. The water is continuously discharged and inhaled to form a continuous pumping effect.

      Fourth, pay attention to matters

1. The pump must be filled with water before the pump works, otherwise the mechanical seal may be damaged and cause water leakage. During work, the inlet tube must not leak gas, and the suction port must be submerged in water to prevent air inhalation.

2. When the temperature is lower than zero, after the work is completed, the water in the pump must be drained, otherwise the pump box may be broken due to icing.

3. When the water source contains silt and debris, the mechanical seal of the suction loss ring should be strictly prevented.

4. Within the normal self-priming height, 2 minutes after the pump is started , no water has yet emerged. Please check the machine immediately for shutdown.
