Medium grade tin concentrate - pre-refining selection - electric furnace one refining process

Guangzhou smelting stone currently uses the pre-refining selection-electric furnace smelting process (see the figure below).

The Guangzhou Smelter was built in 1962. It is the first factory in the country to use electric furnaces for tinning. The tin sand from the provinces of Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi and other provinces is more than 70 mining areas and group mining. The mineral resources are scattered, the quality is different, and the impurities are variable. . The tin in the plant is mainly tin, most of which are in the state of monolithite. The chemical composition (%) is: 44-46Sn, 0.001-8Bi, 0.1-23WO 3 , 0.02-7.0Pb, 0.02-1.6Cu, 1.0. -21Fe, 0.02-13As, 0.05-8S, 2-25SiO 2 , 0.5-5Al 2 O 3 , 0.5-6CaO. According to the impurity content, tin sand is roughly divided into three categories, the general composition is shown in Table 1, and the typical mineral sample components are shown in Table 1-2-6.
